We invite you to join us in the beautiful and historic setting of the Mauriske Salonger for an evening to remember. As can only be expected, the food is served the traditional way on three-tiered stands, combining small dishes with delicacies and sweet treats at the very top.
The lowest tier is filled with such delicious dishes as hazelback potatoes with Kalix Løjrom, grilled zucchini on wholemeal bread and sourdough bread with grilled beef and chanterelles. The second tier is filled with assorted Norwegian cheeses with seasonal compote, while the top tier has sweet petit fours from Bristol’s own patisserie.
