Using a Churchill´s LBV instead of vermouth creates smell of dark berries, chocolate and a full-bodied aftertaste.
Made with Skagerrak gin and aged for minimum 6 months in oak earlier used for aquavit.
A floral and fresh Negroni based on Bombay Premier Cru, Suze and Cocchi Americano. To add more complexity, we aged the cocktail for 45 days in special oak barrels.
