Josephine Baker (1906–1975) was a French/American singer, dancer and entertainer, who enjoyed spectacular success in Paris in the 1920s. She was also a leading campaigner for black rights in the USA. Baker visited Oslo on several occasions, always staying at the same place – the Hotel Bristol.

And to give you that extra touch of luxury, we have included our turndown service. That means that we prepare the room for your evening by pulling the curtains, removing the bedspread and putting out water, slippers and extra wellness products.

You can expect a welcoming dressing gown and slippers, and enjoy an extra large range of bodycare products from the French L'Occitane brand. The products are based on ethereal oils and natural ingredients from Provence, filling the room with a seductive lemony scent.
